Our Mission
Poca Metrics was founded by a statistician who saw the struggle that many small and medium sized business leaders face when trying to utilize their data. As part of a coworking space, she would hear daily stories from fellow business owners about how even opening Google Analytics was an impossible task. Time is their most precious resource, and trying to make sense of data from endless apps was overwhelming.
At Poca, we wanted to create a product that would put a company's data front and center.

We do all of that for the leader so they can focus on running the business, and feel confident they are making smart, data-driven decisions along the way.

Our Team
Poca Metrics has a small team of remote developers. All developers are based in the United States. Poca Metrics was founded by Barb Donnini. Barbara is a data analytics expert with a Bachelor's in Applied Statistics and a demonstrated history of working in the industry. She previously held a position as a Business Analyst at an insurance company where she primarily served the needs of the organization's marketing department. She also has been working with small and medium sized businesses to help them analyze data and fix technology problems for the past 7 years. Barb recognized that small businesses often need to look at their data, but may not be ready for consultants or custom project work yet. She also knows how busy business owners can be, and that even logging into Google Analytics and poking around to figure out what's going on can be overwhelming and time consuming. She created Poca so that having data insights would become easy and attainable for busy business owners.
